Do you offer wholesale price?
We offer up to 60% discount for all wholesale orders. To be eligible for wholesale prices your order must exceed 6 items for each model. You can mix the size and color for the order. For wholesale price you can check at Wholesale section. If you have any problems or questions please feel free to contact us.

Minimum order for most items are 5-6 items per products for wholesale price, is it possible to mix the items?
YES, If you wish to mix items and get wholesale price, you need to purchase at least 6 of any items and $300 for Wholesale total order. Because of the limitation of our web system, you can just purchase using regular price and we will send you new invoice with wholesale price and put some note at comment area to inform us OR you can email us the product name and the product code with color and size if any and we will give you the total. If you have any problems or questions please feel free to contact us.

How do I specify colors and sizes for wholesale order?
You can just put some note about detail of your order at comment area when checkout.

Do you do dropshipping ?
Yes,  with this program, you can order 1 item at one time with low price, and we will ship the item directly to your customer without knowing the items come from us.

How long will it take to receive my purchase(s)?
Depending on the shipping address, items will reach customers between 5-7 days, on rare case the shipping can take up to 10 days. We usually ship the order within 1 – 5 days of receiving the payment, depending on the stock. We strive to ensure all purchases arrive speedily and in good condition. However, if the item purchased is currently not in stock, you will be informed of the expected delivery date.  We ship the items via EMS / TNT/ UPS. Your order will be shipped to your address.

What are the payment options available?
FashionLuxury provides customers with three payment options: Western union, Moneygram or Bank wire transfer.

Is my personal information shared?
No. FashionLuxury does not share, sell, or rent any personal data obtained through our website to other companies or anyone, nor will we sell or otherwise share any of your personal information with any third party without your permission or as may be required by law.
